Good question. Because Strikeforce was so quick to sign him without a deep HVY roster I am not sure. Perhaps Brett Rodgers but they got him matched for Overeem or Fabricio Werdum?? Again not sure because Strikeforce is very limited on their roster. Maybe a guy like Lavar Johnson (just fought last weekend) or Antonio Silva or Mike Whitehead??

I believe Rogers is facing Werdum soon. Perhaps Lashley fights Silva?

Overeem but basing that on the past. Rogers did impress me against Fedor until the big punch landed. Overeem is a beast and veteran, but after Pride fell he too could be like Gomi!

Actually Rogers if fighting Overeem May 15th, not April 17th's CBS card.

The fight on the 4/17 card I can't wait for is GEGARD MOUSASI VS MUHAMMED "KING MO" LAWAL (Lawal if you don't know is a decorated US wrestler that recently made the transition to MMA and has made very fast strides)!!!!! Of course Hendo/Shields (Hendo wins) and GILBERT MELENDEZ VS SHINYA AOKI (Aoki IMO but could be a really good)

Not sure what countdown you're referring to, as "Countdown to UFC 112" debuts on April 9th on Spike TV and Versus:

Countdown to UFC 112 was available on demand through my cable provider. (UFC on demand, I've got WOW!)
VERY NICE!!!

Can't completely disagree with him. Obviously it showed no class flippin the bird after he did it and I don't agree with it...but the other guy wouldn't tap. What was he supposed to do? Let go of the hold?

Yeah I had no problem with the breaking of the arm, if you don't tap that can happen. It was how he acted after it happened.

NCIS fans, many Strikeforce Fighters to appear in tonights episode on CBS:
http://mmajunkie.com/news/18602/cbs-features-strikeforce-fighters-tonight-on-ncis-los-angeles.mma
"Strikeforce: Nashville" fighters Dan Henderson and Gilbert Melendez – as well as Strikeforce regulars Cung Le, Josh Thomson Frank Shamrock and K.J. Noons – all appear on tonight's show.

Not surprisingly, they all play the roles of fighters. Referee "Big" John McCarthy also appears in the 60-minute episode.
I don't watch the show and didn't know about this so I didn't set up my DVR.

Are you kidding me? That card is STACKED! Evans, Jackson, Griffin, Nogueira, Bisping, Sanchez... those are star studded names. Not to mention, I'm a big fan of Sadollah.

I agree that card is stacked.I like Sadollah too, seems like a cool guy, I do however want to grab his rat tail and cut if off...really bothers me for some reason haha.

Personally I think 112 is a better card but has more definate one sided results as I don't believe either Edgar or Maia can win against Penn or Silva. 114 though not as big of names has better matchups IMO.

In un UFC related news the Ohio Athletic Comission has confirmed they will be adding a cruiserweight division to amateur bouts as a test, (206-225). I like it!

Yeah, that's how I looked at the cards. With 112, you get great names in all likelihood dismantling guys not in their league. In 114, you get non-belt-holders in more competitive fights. If you want to see the best show why they are the best, I'd go with 112...if you want a bunch of "flip a coin" matches, 114 probably is the better card.
