I think in the rematch thats coming soon surely, (especially since Silva took little to no damage that fight) if Silva stays healthy...he makes quick work of Sonnen instead of grinding it out. No the first FOX card is NOV 12, but the UFC always looks to put on a huge card around the superbowl at the end of January, and if Sonnen wins vs Stann in October then the timeline sets up nicely for the rematch. As for Forrest, it hurts me to see him go out and perform like that, he is so much better than what he showed tonight. He is one of the first stars in MMA and was crucial in the growth of the sport. He still has many year left to compete but his head and heart don't seem in it anymore and this is not the sport to compete halfheartedly in. I hope he regroups and comes back stronger.
