I know they say that, but I get emails all the time from the Browns with ticket deals. Yeah, they always have single game tix available. If they are close enough though, those deals can easily be enough to put it over the top or at least close enough to cook the books somewhat. You don't have to sell your club tickets to avoid blackouts. Those are the seats you always see on tv where whole sections are almost empty in Cleveland. The Browns are avoiding blackouts because they have the cheapest seats in the nfl, their upper level tix are about $45 on average.
