I enjoy the show. I think it probably represents the modern American family pretty accurately.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — An anti-profanity crusader on Tuesday asked ABC to pull this week's "Modern Family" episode in which a toddler appears to use a bleeped curse word.
"Our main goal is to stop this from happening," said McKay Hatch, an 18-year-old college student who founded the No Cussing Club in 2007. "If we don't, at least ABC knows that people all over the world don't want to have a 2-year-old saying the 'F-bomb' on TV."

If you go to any any larger city (heck just go to Columbus, one of top 2-3 gay friendly cities in the country) you will see they are everywhere.

I read the article and completely agree with the writers of the show. That story line is 100% realistic to EVERY family in America. One of my cousin's first phrases was F-U. I watched it last night and lmao when Lily said fuck. Every gay person I know is normal and most of them you wouldn't know they were gay unless they told you. Or were in the middle of blowing a dude.
