Maybe you could volunteer as a tutor if you want to help the kids. You criticize private schools because as you said the kids can get help from teachers coming in early before or after school, parents and other adults making sacrifices to help tutor kids, basically they put in all kinds of work. Nothing is stopping anyone from working hard if they make that decision.

I wish kids nothing but the best, but if the team is getting a high GPA while the school is only meeting 1/3 of the standards, it is very misleading. There was a time in education when some schools went to a 5.0 scale, it was very misleading to compare schools without a conversion scale. If a school only meets 1/3 of the requirements, the GPA's there can be very misleading, and a conversion scale should be used.

What is my point you ask? Try to follow, I'm paying to educate young people in the public school through taxes, you've choosen to pay to send your child to a private school, that's fine. Two wrongs DO make a right? Again, as if it were any of your business, the"saying under my name", is directed at another poster who was very similar to yourself, and is very deserving of any ribbing directed his way. Another thing, about the two schools you mention that I bashed, the fans of those two schools have been notorious for comments directed at Massillon over the last several hundred years or so, so before being a hero and defending the honor of EVERY school, check the facts.

This must be the guy who handled the investigation.
