The SEC slurping among the media is almost suffocating right now.

It is an astounding achievement that one conference will have won the last 6 national titles, but if people thought the SEC hype was bad before we ain't seen nothing yet.

The SEC will also get their first loss in a BCSNTG.

It would only be rigged if the SEC teams weren't good.

I forgot that the SEC is overrated. Amazed at how many people buy into this crap. Fraud of a game.

Big 12 conference was rated the best this year yet only get 1 team in the BCS Bowls.

Hope this helps.

The SEC has 4 teams in the top 9. Hope this helps on telling you who has the best conference.

Just another BCS game I won't be tuning into. I hope the ratings tank so ESPN and the rest of the media wankers can go suck on a tailpipe.

The positive side of this is it may just kill the BCS completely and we can see some type of playoff. Hopefully with top seeds hosting games. Making some SEC schools come north in December or January will most certainly make a few toothless heads implode.

There are more than 6 teams in the SEC and more than 5 teams in the Big 12. You do realize they take the entire conf into consideration. smh

Yeah, but who cares about the bottom feeders. The B12 only has one good team that should be BCS material. Arkansas is ranked higher than KSU and they didnt get in. So who else from the B12 should of made it?

The ones that rank the conferences. The Big 12 is the best conference. I would think a team that wins the best conference should play the team that won the 2nd best conference (LSU) in the NC game. To answer your other question K-State should be the other BCS team (they are ranked way ahead of michigan & VaTech who was blown out twice by 3 loss Clemson) but since they leave it up to the Bowls to choose from a pool of teams they choose who brings the most money not the most deserving. Its a sham and anyone that is a true College Football fan should demand better.

The SEC has been the best conference for many years, no matter what some computer says. Fact. And yes, KSU should of gotten in over certain teams that did. And I agree on what you said that's a sham.

Which northern school would host a playoff game if there was a 4 or 8 team playoff this year?

Exactly, but I will answer what he would probably say, "not this year but other years. Southern teams arent always on top. It goes in cycles"

The fact that Auburn at 7-5 is ranked again is a disgrace to college football. Who the fuck did they beat to deserve a ranking?

I think it's more that they kept their games with the SEC powers close. OH WAIT!

Arkansas L 38-14
LSU L 45-10
Georgia L 45-7
Alabama L 42-14

Niiiiice. Not to mention a close loss to Clemson...OH WAIT! They lost 38-24.

It's no secret how the SEC is doing this and it's all cyclical. They sign more players and are more committed financially to winning (pay asst. coaches more).

I think oversigning will get banned. Might have already?

Other schools are going to start paying for coaches as well, just like OSU is doing with Meyer’s staff.

Conferences don't win championships so that's irrelevant.

The SEC is 16-17 against the B1G since the inception of the BCS, so they aren't even dominating the B1G much less any other conference besides the Sun Belt.

To be fair they have also dominated all D-1AA schools also.
