Found the post...
sleeper;1030690 wrote:I would take that bet.

ND 6 wins or less, a thread must be created by an ND fan on this forum with the title "ND is terrible, sleeper is right"
The text of the thread must be "Bring back Weis, at least he gave us a "close loss" to USC"

ND 7 wins or more, I will never post on any thread with Notre Dame in the title.

Any takers?
Looks like you said never, sleeper. That doesn't mean one year.

You can get off this thread now.

If he didn't act like such an idiot, most people probably wouldn't have cared and let him post on the threads again. But even the mods have been enforcing this bet, which makes me laugh because it makes sleeper QQ.

It doesn't take much to make sleeper QQ. Good for the Mods.

Do you know how fucking tiring it is having to explain the same shit to you over and over?

Any man with a modicum of football knowledge can tell you that the problem with Notre Dame this year was 100% quarterback play. If Jimmy Clausen as this team's quarterback they'd be undefeated.

Tommy Rees was a mediocre three-star recruit, and against athletic defenses (USC '10, USC '11, Stanford '11, FSU '11) he has played against five-star talent and gotten whooped big time.

The recruiting projections were not off, in fact they were very on point and this game proved it yet again. I saw exactly what I expected to see today.

Get a fucking clue you child-fucking maniac.

Very very seriously doubt they'd be undefeated with clausen. It's not like he was all world.

If I missed it on this thread, I apologize, but what was the nature of Floyd's injury? I have to believe it was horrific if it kept a senior leader, a player given numerous chances by the coaching staff after a couple of brushes with the law, off the field when his team needed him most. He had his helmet on until the end of the game, which usually indicates a readiness to return, so I'm wondering if it was a coaches/trainers decision to not let him re-enter the game?

Upper body injury is all that was said after the game. Happened on the juggling TD catch.

He got drilled on a player near the sideline and came down hard and awkwardly on his left hip. The announcers said during the game that he was laboring out there and wanted to continue but couldn't. He also got nailed in the sternum on his TD catch but I don't know if that played a role in his inability to continue.

I thought they mentioned the hip flexor too? In any event, it sucks that he couldn't return. Rees would've just thrown it directly to a 'Nole if Floyd was in there anyways.

Yeah they did you're right. He came back in after that though so I don't know if that's what kept him out the last few drives. He definitely took some shots thanks to Rees hanging him out to dry. If I'm Tyler Eifert, the only way I'm coming back next year is if I'm assured Rees isn't the starting QB. He is going to get Eifert killed.

Also...where's wildcats with the "infraction point" against tobias? "you child-fucking maniac" seems to be a lot worse than "you are an idiot"...nice consistency mods

ccrunner609;1031164 wrote:Yeah you did. You said that you are "leaning on a W" vs Miami and that they would win 2 of the toss up games. That would ammount to 10 wins. Do your own math. You are predicting 10 wins. When you do that you are predicting a BCS bowl game. Would you want a wager on that?
I definitely didn't predict that anywhere. I did mistype, and meant to say they would lose two out of the three toss up games. But I don't see how I predicted any sort of BCS birth when I then typed this...
