Looks like Michigan has cooled on Yuri Wright for some reason. Wright's coach said he didn't what the reason was, but seem to imply it wasn't Wright cooling on Michigan. He won't be visiting this weekend as originally planned.

Decker is looking good to tOSU. So is Reeves teamate. Not sure how much that will play into his decision. They are both supposed to visit OSU next week.

I thought it was interesting that Decker is now more interested in playing defense. Did ND recruit him for offense?

LOL wut? First I've heard of him playing defense and also wouldn't explain why he was upset Warriner left. Where are you seeing that he wants to play defense?

No not really. I'll work up a list of Notre Dame recruits that are visiting South Bend and post them in the osu recruiting thread for you.

I don't think you HAVE to get a visit from a kid for it to be considered recruiting them..

Perkins was recruited as an athlete but most people who cover recruiting said he'd end up at line backer. One of the reasons he said for decommitting was he wanted to play running back and ND wouldn't let him. Now he wants to play defense? He's a bit of a head case.

Michigan went cold on him because he wants to play defense. And they even wanted him as a RB. Who knows. Maybe he really likes both and just isn't sure. Or maybe he's a head case.

He also said he decomitted because Notre Dame didn't let their commits take visits which isn't true. Someone from his his school confirmed what most expected on another forum, that it was a grade related decommitment. He is adamant that grades weren't an issue and I think had been tweeting about it recently again but why else would Notre Dame completely wash their hands of him for no good reason? And now Michigan as well?

Haven't seen anything about that. Explain how he's on OSU's radar? His cousin is an EE at Notre Dame and got to campus Saturday night. Starts classes tomorrow and they are a package deal.

Academic issues is what I read. Some reputable people on OSU's board said to keep an eye on him.
