I agree with you. Although Michigan has had a great year and OSU hasn't, I firmly believe OSU's roster is chalk full of a lot more pure talent than Michigan. The difference between the two teams this year has been coaching, IMO. Hoke and his staff have done wonders in coaching the weasels up this year. In no way do I think UM is a 10 win team, but give credit to the coaching for giving them a chance to reach that total. Hell, UM has a chance for 11 wins this year. I don't think anyone saw that coming...that's what a competent coaching staff can do for you.
If OSU does come out with a lot of intensity from the get go and can make some plays early on both sides of the ball, this could be a good game. However, I don't trust this senior class nor the coaches to get this team focused and ready to go, even with it being Michigan week.
As a side note: Hopefully Michigan doesn't waste their time watching film and game planning for the the tight end screen or anything from the pistol. Those are a couple things the OSU offense has had success with and they've mysteriously disappeared. I also expect the QB option to disappear this week since Miller had a nice TD run off it last week. I feel like Bollman really thinks in his sick mind that once a play has success, it cannot be used again for a long time.
