In their brutal home matchups against, The Citadel, Samford, Furman, and Georgia Southern.
South Carolina ahead 13-20 in the 3rd

They decided to do the B10 approach but just later in the season.

It's crazy how bad Florida is considering all of the 1st round prospects they have defensively. Not to mention a Heisman candidate quarterback.
Georgia is only up 12-10 on Kentucky in the SEC game that actually does matter today.

The SEC typically plays the cupcakes later in the season. They do this primarily to perserve preseason paper rankings because if they lose to an paper ranked SEC team they won't drop. If they lose to a cupcake later in the season, they don't drop as much because they've played so many paper ranked teams.

Ga Southern with 270 yds rushing on the Alabama defense.
Hope this helps.

GA Southern is no joke. Their head Coach Jeff Monken is a Paul Johnson disciple and coached under him at Navy and Ga Tech. They run the triple option extremely well and have a good shot at winning the Div 1-AA championship this year.Skyhook79;979486 wrote:Ga Southern with 270 yds rushing on the Alabama defense.

After beating Wofford last week, who also runs the triple option, they are ranked 3rd in the FCS poll.

Look, I don't have a problem with SEC teams playing cupcakes, I just have a problem with SEC teams pretending they don't play cupcakes, or that only the B1G plays cupcakes.

They all have soft spots in their schedule from time to time.

You just gave us a paragraph telling us why Georgia Southern isn't a soft spot.Con_Alma;979679 wrote:They all have soft spots in their schedule from time to time.

Yep, same Alabama D that gave up 100 less rushing yards to PSU than your team just did. Not to mention PSU was using an offense that was installed less than a week ago.sleeper;979512 wrote:Those tough SEC defenses. LOL

OSU isn't the #2 team in the nation. I see you're already bandwagoning another team since no one cares about USC anymore. Enjoy!sportswizuhrd;979687 wrote:Yep, same Alabama D that gave up 100 less rushing yards to PSU than your team just did. I expanded on the comment of the number of rushing yards they had gained on Alabama by explaining that they are no joke when it comes to the ground game because they are a triple option team.
Says nothing about whether they are a "soft spot" as a team on the schedule of an FBS school.

Not at the least beat, but keep hating on a conference that your team can't seem to beat(without being stripped of that win). Hate on Notre Dame, go ahead, they haven't done anything in a while, but you really hate the SEC.sleeper;979691 wrote:OSU isn't the #2 team in the nation. People in Ohio still care about USC enough to still hate on them.
