I think that would be a decent choice for Team OC or fuck it let's do both.

OC Mudders, do you take a "I'll stick with my group the whole way no matter what" or a "Alright guys, see you at the finish" attitude towards these things?

My friends and I usually take the latter.

Should be pretty soon, they usually have a very long period for signing up. So I'd say the longer it isn't announced the more likely it's going to be later in the year.
