In all fairness to that--wait 5 years and ask the average NBA fan who won the title in 2009. IF they know that, ask them who else was in the Finals. No one remembers anyone but the winner and the average fan doesn't even remember the winner too far back.

They let Bayless run the entire court and get straight to the hoop.

Nice defense.

Piss poor effort, play, and coaching against a team that has some key injuries.

True. Right now(unless something changes), to me, they just look that team that you say "their ok, but nothing special". I know they can get hot and rattle off ten in a row, but I just don't see where they can win the Eastern Conference.

They do have the best player in bball, so they always have a chance....but I have my doubts.

Well, we're not 30 games in yet. They'll be a totally different team by the end of the season. So will some other teams obviously. But I still see them winning the East--with this roster, obviously they have to get their shit together, we all know how well this game can play. But it doesn't matter, barring injury or the most epic collapse ever no one is going to touch the Lakers this year.

Cav defense this year has taken a major tumble. Z and Shaq are too old to move. There is no effort to lock down. Also, they don't show the effort in stopping ball on the fast break.

The best part of last year's team has disappeared. Defense.

If it wasn't for LeBron and Andy they'd be losing by 200 right now.

Nights like tonight are why LeBron won the MVP last year.

Hell of a block to basically clinch the game by the King.

Hell of a block by LeBron.. only a few guys in the NBA can make that play.

Cleveland up 7 now, this one is over.

Good win to stop the 2 game skid by CLE.

And Boobie Gibson is still wearing the same coat he wore every time he was out last year.

Good win. Still played like shit though--gotta get it together. We won because the Blazers let Andy do whatever he wanted for whatever reason.

Let's hope Shaq is alright.

That was straight Lebron fault. He acting like it wasn't.

Maybe not. Moon rushes the pass in and it's stolen. Wow.

Cavs still should be ok, but a little closer than should've been.

LOL, yeah right. He's standing basically on the baseline--Moon is the one who has to see what the defense is doing behind him. It was a lazy, telegraphed pass.

It wasn't, he wasn't expecting the ball, there is a reason it hit him in the gut.

Shitty win, but I'll take it. They still need to pull their shit together.

Cavs, as constructed, still aren't a championship team.

Leon Powe could be a huge addition when he returns, but I'm thinking we'll need another deal at the deadline to be a legit player for the title.

The only deal that could line us up in a position to be able to challenge the Lakers on paper would be Bosh. And that is not going to happen--I'm not even sure that would do it. BUT, that's on paper. I'd still love to get a shot at them in a 7 game series--with LeBron we always have a chance.
