I had money on the over for Jonas' yardage at 67 yards... He had 61 when he tore his ACL... This really is adding insult to injury

16-7 now. That should do it. Hate that Gray's career at ND is officially over now.

I didn't think it was possible for me to hate BC anymore than I already did, but now I've got a whole new chapter to add to the BC hate book.

This is the worst feeling I've ever had about an 8-3 ND team...

I think a) just the fact that this was even close, b) how chippy the game was, c) losing Jonas to a turn ACL

Offense was not good yesterday. Rees played horrible, he missed some really easy passes including the one down the sideline to Floyd. If he puts any kind of air on the ball Floyd runs under it and catches it and is in for a TD. He's also going to get Eifert and probably TJ Jones and Toma knocked out of a game with concussion/broken ribs with the way he is constantly hanging them out to dry all over the field.

I think the offense started 6 or 7 drives inside their 10 yard line. Hard to be really aggressive with that kind of field position and it seemed like there was not really anyway to get out in front of it. Defense played well outside of the drive at the end of the half and end of the game when they were in a prevent type defense. Te'o was everywhere and I hope Stanford tries to run a bunch of screens because he absolutely eats those up. Louis Nix was a beast and was all over the field, easily the best game of his young career. Slaughter is really playing well when he moves into that outside LB spot in dime situations. Really comes off the corner quickly and blew up the 3rd and short and then should have had a forced fumble sack when the false start was called.

Kuechly is a machine. Was all over the place all game long and the other linebacker they had was flying around too. The way Kuechly chased down Cierre on that hitch and pitch play was ridiculous. BC played well overall but was pretty chippy the whole game.
