Yeah because the first step in a cover up is tell 2 of your superiors what you were told who then told President Spanier and the Executive Director of Second Mile. Involving more people is a great way to form a cover up.:rolleyes:

When they do nothing about it and you go along with it, you then become a part of the cover-up.

Agreed. In his mind, he hasn't done anything wrong. His trial is his chance to clear his name. Too much to fight for.

IF he is found guilty on any reasonable charges, suicide might be an issue. But I've seen these types of things pared down to nearly nothing before, so I'm not assuming the dude is fucked in the ass just yet (pun intended).
