Partly coudy, high of 47. Low of 37 and only a 20% chance of rain.

Do you guys remember the kick off that Rinehart put through the goal posts at Klinefelter Field?

I don't think seating will be an issue, but I hate how far away from the field you are at CCC. Unfortunate selection with all the other options that there are in Stark County, assuming they applied to host playoff games.

Rinehart cleared it with ease looked like an extra point going thru.

I hope dOVER wins, but not likely. It would be funny to see dOVER go against Steubenville or Mooney.

How many teams have beat Steubenville at Death Valley in the playoffs?

Who was the last team to beat Steubenville

Who was the last team to beat Steubenville at Death Valley.

I hope Dover wins too, and I hope they get Big Red, because if there is one thing Big Red has proven the last seven years, they can't solve the Tornado offense. It gives them fits.

But Dover has a big one this week and so does Big Red.

I talked to a few friends yesterday and today and I have me convinced CCC isn't going to be big enough ... gotta get there early.

Does Minerva have a nice following? I would think most casual fans will be at Fawcett.

No shame in hanging your hat on ONE game out of a couple thousand I guess. Just sad when that 1 game was not even dominating. Congrats.

When it comes to you, yes Ill hang a hat on that game. An average Dover team went into Death Valley and ended your season. Something no one has ever done. Awesome.

Boy I hope dOVER wins too. But they have to get thru a good Minerva team. I would think you would concern yourself with how well Steubenville travels. First long trip of the year is it not? It would be a great feat to see Dover vs Mooney. But Dover should worry about Minerva.

Like I said...a Dover team that wasn't expected to make the playoffs...goes to Death Valley and wins in round one. No shame in hanging any hat on that.

Just to prove you wrong, which is sooooo easy & then get this topic back to the Dover - Minerva game. Valdosta, Ga, which was the all time winningest team in the US before starting the 2011 season had only played in 1096 games total. So to have played a couple thousand games they would have to have played at least 2000 games. Which they haven't and its really not even close...

Nice try. Youngstown is about as far as Canton.

And since I probably have to slow it down even more.... Steubenville beat Ursuline in Youngstown. Wonder what dOVER would have lost by?

Anyone know the difference in seating between home/visitors side @ CCC? I remember when Dover played there in the mid 2000's we had the visitors side packed. Really nice stadium with easy in & out access.
