Refs should have the final say not principals or ad not in attendance. My friend was suspended by an ad not at the game for 5 matches for arguing with the ref. The ref gave the kid his red card and automatic 1 game suspension and that's where it shoulda ended. But parents on the other team complained about his language and the ad caved. If the ref thought anything more needed to be done he coulda contacted ohsaa and asked for a longer suspension himself.
