About 2 weeks before, so probably next week, my grandma calls everyone to get the menu ready. Whatever you want, she cooks it.
We've had people die, get divorced..., so out numbers are down to right around 10, but my grandma, mom, aunt, and step-dad still cook like we're having 20 people in the house.
Staples are usually turkey, chicken (for those who don't like turkey), honey glazed ham, and the rest is pretty traditional (with a few exceptions for special requests depending on the year).
The weirdest thing is probably veggie burgers because I'm a vegetarian. Before anyone gets on my case; it has nothing to do with animal rights or any BS like that. I just simply do not like the taste of any meat. Some of it is actual taste and others is texture.

I've only had deep fried turkey once but the Big Easy made a much better turkey, IMO.
