Even though I agree with you on the subject as a Bengals fan I don't think I would put andre smith on that list. He is a borderline bust at this point.

I also agree that the SEC speed has more to do with the lines and linebackers. there is speed all over the place when it comes to skill position players...they separate themselves in the trenches.
