As much as it pains me to admit it, it's partially true.Pick6;955114 wrote:Was this ever a legitimate claim or just something the media blew this way out of proportion after a Florida team full of track athletes happened to blow out OSU in the NC game. What about the other SEC teams? Cant think of any other SEC teams who might have speed "advantages" other than Florida.
Just other SEC fans riding the coat tails of another conference team's success.
They do, if you did some research instead of spouting off.sleeper;957815 wrote:
If the lines are so great, then why don't the SEC lines get drafted at a rate greater than that of the other conferences?

Oh yeah, cuz Glenn Dorsey really panned out. Or how about Nick Fairley? Isn't he sitting the bench somewhere rotting away? I can't think of one SEC lineman who isn't second string right now.cats gone wild;957827 wrote:They do, if you did some research instead of spouting off.

Dont know why im even bringing this up to you, just plays right into your little attention whore act, but oh well
I believe it was Dline, and I believe it was starting, not second string players.Hb31187;958025 wrote:Pouncy, Andre Smith,Marcus Mcneil,Jay Ratliff,Tyson Jackson, Todd Mcclure,Marcus Spears, Andrew Whitworth, ect ect ect.

Almost as bad as Brady Quinn's. Almost.karen lotz;958019 wrote:Vernon Gholston has had a career worthy of being the 6th overall pick.
You said SEC linemen in the post I quoted. Carry on thoughsleeper;958065 wrote:I believe it was Dline, and I believe it was starting, not second string players.
Cool. Since you have all the facts at your disposal, please tell me what the 3 best offensive lineman in the league are and what conference they come from.Hb31187;958071 wrote:You said SEC linemen in the post I quoted. Carry on though
I know its not the SEC. In fact, I despise the SEC and I'm a Big 10 fan....but I personally just get sick of reading the shit you spew lolsleeper;958080 wrote:Cool. I agree he was terrible. There are always players that upon leaving the B1G and going to the NFL lose the motivation to be great. Gholston finished up his degree to, and probably has a real job unlike a lot of SEC busts that end up at your local McDonalds.karen lotz;958082 wrote:Zero career sacks for the 6th overall pick, who happened to be drafted to one of the best defensive teams in the NFL. He was such a ****, that coaches had to have someone intentionally start a fight with him to see if he would even defend himself.
Neither of them play. They sit the bench.karen lotz;958084 wrote:What side of the ball do Glenn Dorsey and Nick Fairley play on? And now you want to talk about offensive linemen?
