The school board would not hire him as a coach so he left. I heard the same rumor that he will be the Tigers OC. It's too bad because he was building a good program. It should be a good thing for Massillon, he has a great offensive mind, but so did McDaniels.

Did you mean as a teacher, because of course if you were a coach and the board would not hire you as a coach, you would leave:D

I disagree about McDaniels, WAY back at McKinley he always had a great RB, and he usually rode them as far as they would take him....Nothing wrong with that, it's just that it really doesn't take a real creative mind to run the ball out of the I. Is he a horrible playcaller? No, but, let's just say to me, his leaving isn't making me panic.

At Massillon last year I waited and waited and waited for some of his creativity, and it never showed up. That stretch play really drove me crazy....Especially on 3rd and inches. Now would I like Thom to stay on the staff, absolutely, do I want him calling plays? No.

I think it was a mutual seperation. From what I've read anyway. I'll miss having him on the staff, just not as a playcaller.

You guys got a good coach in Bardawil, its shame to see him leave Claymont though, they've got a great team coming back

Saw talks from rmolin about SV wishing they could replace Maumee but i think Maumee is the last team Massillon would want to take off the schedule from last year. Even being a Maumee fan i know there is a very, very slim chance maumee could upset massillon any year. Being a D2 schoold the 1st level points arent bad for Massillon and lately Maumee has been picking up 7 or 8 wins every year.
And I still think massillon will pick up Valdosta Georgia and drop Maumee before next season.

IF....It's true. Well, I mean, I'm sure he will be pretty good no matter where he plays. Well, you know what I mean.

What's up with him going to Tiger Town instead of Mooney or Ursuline?
