I don't think I would like that myself if I were someone with lower limits of liability (Ohio state minimum is 7500 for property damage). Even if you had a 25,000 policy limit it could pretty dicey if you totaled an SUV or a nicer vehicle. Lord help you if you are involved in a two car collision where you are at fault and you have to pick up both on your property damage liability coverage.
I'd prefer to have to pay a $250-500 deductible and have my collision coverage pay the full tab of the vehicle damage/value.
