(Devonte') Neal is still in the early process of making his decision, which is good news for the Buckeyes as they came into things late. The star athlete grew up in Akron until he was 9 and was even ball boy for a couple of big games for the Buckeyes back in the early 2000's, including the national championship game against Miami. It is no secret there is a special place in Neal's heart for Ohio State, but it will be up to Urban Meyer to close this out over other schools in contention, including Notre Dame, Arkansas, Arizona (Rich Rod just hired his high school head coach), Arizona State, Hawaii (father played with Norm Chow), USC, Auburn, Miami, UNC, Florida State, and others.

Cyrus Jones will be announcing tonight. Bucks will be an option, but I imagen he's pretty much a 'Bama lock.

Yeah thats pretty much right. OSU really isn't in the picture for him unfortunately. Not even looking at him as a option.

According to this article he is still pondering, I will wait and see. OSU insiders have been mum since first day we took the OL coach.
One thing the insiders are always consistent about is telling you not put any credibility in recruiting articles haha. They even admit the ones they are forced to write tell the public nothing.

For those who don't think OVERSIGNING is a HUGE advantage...this comment and the situation says it all:

"Yes, he's a better prospect than both, and if Ohio State could take 30 players (like Miami, Alabama, LSU, etc) I think he would definitely be a more talked about prospect."

That is already outdated. Meyer moves so fast its crazy. We have 4 offers and potential visits from 2 kids in Texas and 2 kids in Tennessee. Also a couple of new LB offers on the table. I still like Alex's prediction on the 11W, except I would add one random guy to that list. I also think we get O'Conner instead of Diamond.

I'm friends with Alex and I remember when it was a fledgling site when Alex started working for them. They do an awesome job, and I love how they speak honestly and provide great information.

So anyone feel like letting us know who they are over there? I post there though not very much. I do notice a few similar styles and familiar avatars.
