Jan. 4 in St. Pete, Fla., at 5 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Practices started today at Disney Wide World of Sports
Monday, Dec. 31, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. ET;
Tuesday, Jan. 1, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. ET
Wednesday, Jan. 2, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. ET; and
Thursday, Jan. 3 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. ET.

Practice sessions will air on Tuesday, Jan. 1, from 3:30-6:30 p.m. ET on ESPNU and Wednesday, Jan. 2, from 3-6 p.m. ET on ESPNU.[LEFT]

Some good news for our LB corp:
Michael Chung ‏@MChungOZone After talking to Mike Mitchell personally, I am almost 100% that he is OSU.
Can't find the other tweet but saw one from the Under Armour game basically saying the same thing about Trey Johnson.

Lots of rumors floating around James Quick. Some say he's 50/50, leaning to OSU or no clue. Regardless this weekend could be HUGE for Ohio St with Quick, Johnson, Mitchell committing during their respective all star games.

Heard from one college coaching staff not connected to either Ohio State or Louisville. They "KNOW" James Quick is committing to OSU

Don't really believe these things till they sign but always get some hope out of things like this.

Are those the last three big ones OSU is after? I haven't followed recruiting too closely this year.

OSU is after Mike Mitchell (LB), Trey Johnson (LB), and James Quick (WR). They're also up against Bama for 5* safety Von Bell.

Shelton Gibson (WR) is supposedly a Buckeye as long as he qualifies academically. If not, he's headed to WVU.

If Quick and Gibson aren't Buckeyes, they'll probably land a couple lower ranked receivers in their place.

Marcus Baugh won the linemen challenge at the UA skill challenge . And Shane Morris was horrible lol.

It is becoming a real possibility that the bucks end with Mitchell , Johnson, bell and Quick and if Chip Kelly leaves Wilson could be in as well

Morris looked awful. Like really bad. But so did Braxton when he did it. Though not nearly that bad. But still didn't look good.

The ending to this class could be crazy!!

Been reading a lot about Wilson lately. It seems like Urban and the staff have continued to keep in contact with him, even after he committed to Oregon. Was OSU his clear cut #2 behind Oregon? If so, let's hope Kelly bolts for the NFL, and Wilson reconsiders. The potential sanctions against Oregon could play a factor as well.

Looks like the Buckeyes have a chance to get stocked with the speed and play-making ability that Urban desperately wants/needs.

eh he actually said Notre Dame and OSU would be the other schools he'd consider. He said he hasn't had much contact with ND lately, and with Folston's commitment today they are likely done at RB. Wilson also said Oregon would still be in the mix if Kelly were to leave. Just read an interview he gave again. He said if the RB coach stays at Oregon he will remain committed to Oregon. Their current OC would be the most likely to replace Chip and I'd assume the RB coach would be retained, unless Chip takes him to the NFL.

Hence why I said basically. Because people talking to him have said he'd likely go to osu if Kelly goes, and likely takes the rb coach.

Obviously it's only the first 2 years of recruiting for Urban and gang, but it seems that they are much better at closing than the last group. It may have just been me, but it used to constantly seem like the top tier guys would have OSU in their top 5, but would always end up choosing someone else. Hopefully we have a good weekend with commits.

Also, I don't know how many of you follow him or not...but I follow Kyle Rowland and he's at the Under Armor game and in general has some OSU sports info. Also the 11W one as well I really like.

You guys have any other good OSU people to follow?

@MChungOzone is at the Army All American game and was providing insight about Mike Mitchell a few days ago. I also like the @11WRecruiting that you mentioned.
