Also, the Big 12 is better than the Big Ten this year and probably over the last decade.
Ehh...idk.

It's close, but the Big 12 has that gimmicky offense. They beat up on each other and put up huge points (style points) so they get a good reputation from the media because of the ratings.

I don't think the Big 12 has been better than the Big 10

Per Rick Pitino, WVU may not be going leaving the Big East.

“There’s a lot of things out there that may not necessarily be true,” he said. “I’m not sure what the landscape will be in a couple days, but I can assure you that it’s not 100 percent that West Virginia is going anywhere.”

West Virginia is a good fit for the Big XII as far as good offense no defense. The travel is a bit much though. Comparing strength fo Big XII and BIG, over the last ten years, probably about even. Good BIG Ohio State, Wisconsin, Penn State, Michigan and MIchigan State (at times)Big XII Oklahoma, Texas Oklahoma State (lately) Texas A &M (lately) Nebraska, Texas Tech, Missouri (at times)

As mentioned in passing in a few of the other realignment threads, this is now official, with all parties (WVU, Big East, Big 12) reporting it.

This is a pretty big blow to the Big East. If they somehow manage to not be completely demolished, I could see the BCS system taking away their AQ status because the members they might bring in would make even a SEC schedule look difficult.
