The ball has to break the plane, whether that be in bounds or out of bounds I believe.Raw Dawgin' it;951833 wrote:What about what guys tip toe in the endzone and catch the ball while it's out of bounds? that counts, no reason this one wouldn't have. Not saying they would have won if they called it good (the missed FG didn't help either) but we may have been able to kick off and try for a stop rather than botch an onside kick

Pats did a good job in the red zone to keep it from being a blowout.

Suck on his balls some more.killer_ewok;953288 wrote:This.
Anyways, if the NE offense didn't lay an egg giving up only 23 points puts them in a great position to win. With this offense more times than not they'll win if their D keeps teams to just FGs like they did the steelers.

Only because it's Pittsburgh and I hate everything about the city, otherwise no. I still think we'll beat out the bills for the division.Automatik;953480 wrote:lol....you mad.

Great, great win.
No doubt.
It gives the steelers a better opportunity to set themselves up down the road IF they take care of business.
BUT there is this little thing called the playoffs. The pats will be waiting for a rematch, and I just dont see the steelers being able to beat them a second time.

Man you sound like NON, praising the steelers then back tracking by saying they won't beat certain teams.thavoice;953516 wrote:Great, great win.

Oh no, I guess when one of us types "+1," "This" or the like....we are in fact sucking on someone's balls. In which case....we're all a bunch of ballsuckers on here.
I do love that his team losing to Pittsburgh bothers him so much more than if they had lost to another team.

Only city in the country i wouldn't care if it were some how wiped off the earth. Also don't get how a city can call themselves the city of champions when they're not even the tops sports city.killer_ewok;953580 wrote:+1

I don't understand the massive hate for Pittsburgh coming from a Boston/NE fan.
I grew up around Pittsburgh for the majority of my life. I could give a shit about Boston/NE. Bunch of J-crew khaki wearing nerds.

Neither do I. They're the NFL team that can lord recent history over Pittsburgh (as far as rival-types go; Green Bay obviously could, too, because of the last SB, but they're not a rival). If not for them, the Steelers could have gotten another SB or two over the last decade, but the Pats were legit tough and deadly in the playoffs.Automatik;953629 wrote:I don't understand the massive hate for Pittsburgh coming from a Boston/NE fan.

The Patriots are ranked No. 32 in pass defense. They've given up like 325 yards per game, which is like 35 yards more than the next closest team. Ben threw for 360.
It's a bad secondary that's all we're saying.
