NOPE, what it means is Thomas averaged .12 offensive rebounds per minute played. Sullinger averaged .11 per minute played. Thomas average 10% more than Sullinger.

Thomas maybe. But not sure where you get Buford doing that. His shot selection is usually pretty solid.
