I've rewound it several times. He was there long before Johnson left the ground. It was a good call. He wasn't moving anywhere.

I of course changed the channel and can't rewind it now, but he was there.

I could be wrong..I'll try to find a video of it somewhere, but I just remember seeing the defender moving.

As wildcats said, with regard to most wild environment, Carolina's trek to Durham in early March will certainly produce one of the most maddening scenes in all the country this year. This will especially be true if both Duke and UNC are still in position to secure a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament at the time of the encounter. And we all know the history of the rivalry and its place as arguably the greatest in sports, no matter level.

With that said, the insanity that happened in Assembly Hall in December after the dethroning of Kentucky as the top team in the land is very serious competition. And Allen Fieldhouse is always a house of horrors for any visitor, but the Missouri game will just be pure mania. It's been a fun year overall.

Tyshawn is more talented, but he makes too many bad decisions for me to put him in the top 5.

LOL nice call. Keep trying on these upset "specials". Your bound to hit one eventually. ;)

I said I could see all 3 as upsets.

Cuse was down 5 with a couple minutes left, Kansas was tied with 8 min left and were choking at the end, and Baylor hasn't been playing too well lately and with a desperate bubble team I could have seen an upset there.

Oh and eat my ass ol man

Bubble games tonight...

Big game for Alabama tonight. Getting Releford and Steele back gives them a shot against Florida.
Seton Hall needs to not blow an easy game against St. John's.
Texas playing at Oklahoma.
Creighton has to right the ship at SIU.
Minnesota has a chance at a great win hosting OSU.

Well, Virginia falls to Clemson by 12. Bad loss. Now 6-5 in the ACC, UVA still plays Maryland twice, at Virginia Tech, vs North Carolina and vs Florida State. I could see them only winning 1 of those games, maybe 2. Are they in trouble?

Their wins over George Mason, Drexel and Michigan are good. The wins over Oregon and LSU are also decent. Unfortunately, in ACC play, only wins against Miami and at N.C. State are worth squat.

Alabama loses by 11.
Seton Hall wins by 30.
Texas down 5 to Oklahoma at half.

Texas Tech, USC, Utah and Arizona State should probably play in the "worst of the worst power 6 teams" Tournament. South Carolina, Boston College and Georgia Tech would have a gripe as well...

After tonight I think they are out of trouble and halfway flushed down the toilet...we can probably flush Texas if they lose as well.

The only saving grace for Bama is they have winnable games left, maybe all of them, if they un-suspend Mitchell and Green. Texas, while a tough schedule, has some opportunities at quality wins.

Speaking of flushing, Minnesota is right there too. If they slip to 5-8 in the B1G with at Northwestern, at Wisconsin, Michigan State and Indiana left, they are cooked.

68 teams, weak bubble again, and no mid major making a push by winning everything...I say all these teams are safe and in, barring complete collapse.

Despite every bubble team losing it seems, who is gonna take their spot?

and I should clarify. I was being a bit hyberbolistic (made that up). I think most these teams will be out, but it should be many more. Like last year, we are gonna get some BAD teams in the tourney.

Depends. There are probably 6-8 mid-majors who could survive losing their Conference Tournaments and still get in. Even more if we start to consider A-10, MWC, MVC, WCC and C-USA teams mid-majors.

POSSIBLE BUBBLE TEAMS
Temple
St. Louis
Xavier
Long Beach State***
Virginia Commonwealth***
Southern Mississippi
Memphis
Harvard***
New Mexico
San Diego State
Murray State***
Wichita State
Creighton
Oral Roberts***
Middle Tennessee***
Nevada***
St. Mary's
Gonzaga
Brigham Young

The ones with the *** would be the 6 that could cause issues if that favorite loses in the conference tournament (plus Harvard although they clinch if they beat Yale again).

Virginia could be in some trouble. No real great wins. I think Drexel and George Mason are good teams, but the CAA overall is really weak so they have terrible computer numbers. Speaking of which, George Mason is up 1 on VCU at the half. If UVA goes 3-2 to finish up they'll be safe. 2-3 still gets them to .500 in the ACC and it'll probably be enough.

Bad loss for UNLV @ TCU tonight. They aren't a bubble team, but that isn't going to help their seed any. Texas going to win over OU.

And Cleveland State losing their 3rd straight game. Watch Butler still end up winning the Horizon bid somehow.

Mississippi State is so frustrating. About to lose to LSU. I've always been a Renardo Sidney supporter but he had a stretch in overtime where he committed a foul with his belly, got the ball on the other stolen by a midget (5'10 Anthony Hickey) and then alley-ooped on by a white big guy...sad.

And then down 4 points he buries a sick 3-pointer...dude is an enigma that seems to be doomed for failure. Anything he does well is overshadowed by 2 idiotic actions...

Wow, LSU up 4 points with 17 seconds left.

Crazy ending in Baton Rouge. MSU hits a 3, steals the ball, makes 1 of 2 FT's, Anthony Hickey drives the length of the court and hits a runner to win it.

Weber is a way better coach.

Stansbury can get talent but they falter...

Stansbury reminds me of Tim Floyd, Quin Snider and Paul Hewitt...I'd rather not be on a list with those guys...
