Some reports out there saying that it could be "a while" before Fab Melo's academic issues are resolved.

Fuck.

St. Louis with a nice road win over X tonight. And it looks like Missouri is going to lose to Oklahoma State.

Seton Hall is falling apart. 3rd straight loss to USF, Nova, and now home against Notre Dame. Not exactly the class of the Big East they're dropping games to.

26 straight Kansas recruiting classes have recorded 100 wins in their career.

Unreal stat.

From another board:

UCLA had 14 seasons from 67-79
Duke has 14 seasons from 99-current
UNC had 18 from 83-01
UK doesn't have any big streak, mostly because when they were dominate, the seasons were shorter.

EDIT: Forgot how close some of Bobbys 19 win season were together. Thought they were further apart.

There's this dude on a KU board I post on who has the most ridiculous stats. Dude's ridiculous. He'll throw out a "That gives Tyshawn Taylor the 18th most steals in Big 12 conference play history among guards" or some random shit like that. But the stats have never been proven wrong lol it's crazy.

He verified the rankings for the 100 wins for a recruiting class...and someone else did as well.

I'm not doubting ridiculous dude's knowledge of stats, but ridiculous dude is probably just a really good reader of Kansas' game notes. Lol. I know Duke does a very detailed job with those types of statistics before each game.

Then again, I could be wrong. Some people have an unbelievable command of memory and information.

No I have no doubt he just has some sort of access to basically every stat ever taken in a game, ever. haha

My point is not many people can watch a game and go "that assist puts him 2nd all time in assists as a guard under Coach X at Y University"

I wasn't trying to brag or anything lol just saying he's a pretty neat guy to have in your fanbase/on your team's forums.

Lol. Gotcha. As I said, though, I agree, those people that have that ability to store and recite stats like that on a dime always impress me.

Anyone in the Los Angeles area who wanted to watch basketball, had a chance...

Gonzaga at Loyola Marymount
Colorado at USC
Utah at UCLA
Memphis Grizzlies at Los Angeles Clippers

All started within 30 minutes of each other.

USC....SMH. Horrible...

Speaking of horrible.

There is a rumor going around that the Missouri fans have something planned for Thomas Robinson. A t-shirt that says "No Mom Tom".

If this happens, they deserve to have balls on their face next season by a crazed SEC fan.

Big 12 as a conference has some pretty shitty/classless moments lol

K State fans cheering the death of former Nebraska QB Brooks Berringer
http://goemaw.com/forum/index.php?topic=4252.0

Last year @ Colorado (the first game back for Thomas Robinson from his mother's death), the student section was screaming "fuck kansas!" during the moment of silence for T-Rob's mom. And a kid was holding a sign that said "this will be your next funeral"

Nick Collison had some family members die in a plane crash and the student section did airplane noises/movements as he was shooting a free throw.

Arrived at Dome and immediately informed of rumor that Fab Melo's left Syracuse and is already back in Brazil. Sigh. He practiced Friday. MW

I wonder where Melo was when this guy heard the rumor. Now he is sitting on the 'Cuse bench in street clothes. No hot Brazilian bitches in sight.
