I feel much better since F$U and Miami both also lost today. I knew this game was over yesterday when Driskel was in a boot.

Uf wasn't good enough today. 1 player would not have changed that.

Yes you did.

But, as I said after you......they wont give it to a defensive player no matter how good he is.

UF wouldn't have made this close with Driskel, they wouldn't have made it close with Brantley.

LSU>>>>>>>UF (and 95% of college football teams)

I'd go 99 or 100%, but they are due to choke once this season.

So, you are saying there are around 7 teams better than LSU?

Figured you wouldn't get that.

LSU>100% of college football teams
LSU>>>>>>>>95% of college football teams (where UF is included)

If they beat bama and Arkansas they'll run the table. Bama is just good and Arkansas just gets up for the LSU rivalry more than LSU.

Wow, someone does not get it.
Who do you think make these rules?

I applaud the SEC officials for actually enforcing a rule, no matter how stupid it is. It was the last thing I expected from SEC refs.

Great call - STUPID rule!!! I applaud the men in stripes for enforcing a rule that they have been told to enforce. I can't imagine taking the boos from the LSU faithfull after enforcing one of the dumbest rules ever instituted by some guys in suits and ties. I think they are trying to hard to take the human element out of all officiating and it's just not good in all cases. Replay to help correct a possible mistake on a touchdown catch or something like that is good, but I think the officials could be given a little lattitude in deciding when "taunting" should be called and when it shouldn't. For crying out loud, calling it on a punter who just converted a fake on his own call and took it to the house???? Give me a break.

Those some guys that make up these rules and want to take the human element out of the game are who?

I bet you know their names.

I'm pretty sure les miles was in favor of the rule. As were most coaches. Fans think its stupid but if coaches are okay with it I don't feel sorry for taking away points.

Hate the celebration rule anyway. In this particular example, I feel like, if you've put yourself in position to be taunted by the punter, perhaps you should find a new game to play. The last two weeks haven't been fun. The next two might not be much better.

Obviously most coaches were in favor of it since they (the coaches) are the persons who make up the rules. Not the NCAA, not the officials.
