The question is... how did he get it? If he was given money to purchase it, or if someone gave it to him, then yes... it is an improper benefit. If he purchased it himself, then there shouldn't be an issue.

The make/model/year should have nothing to do with wither it was an improper benefit or not. It's all about how it was acquired.

Easy there fella, nobody said it made a difference. Just thought it was funny that the improper benefit was a 20 yr old ride.

Not bad, put some tint on those windows and some nice rims and he'd be good to go.
