Who likes this dish?
And do you prefer it cooked on the stove, dutch oven, or crock pot?

Love this meal, even better with bacon instead of ham. We cook ours on the stovetop in a deep pan. Low and slow, let the flavors combine.

If the ham has additional fat or I add some bacon ... I like to make a thick brown/gravy with the fat and green bean liquid to pour over the combo
Yes! Belly is some what of a gourmet cook
That same combo of ham, green beans and potatoes make a great soup add a ham bone and ham bouion boil for about 2 hours add ham, green beans and potatoes make a very thick rue with the green bean liquid add to soup mixer servied with a sour cream and or table spoon vinger is a great soup.
