Pizza Bowl in Detroit matches Big Ten #8 against MAC #1 (at least usually #1), you never know...

Well, I don't like to burst either of your bubbles...but if you are bowling in Texas, Houston is the only city a Big 10 fan is guaranteed to be.Manhattan Buckeye wrote:San Antonio = great city. I prefer it to Houston, and put it on par with the metroplex.
Damn. I forgot they changed which conferences participate in the Alamo bowl.georgemc80;921438 wrote:Well, I don't like to burst either of your bubbles...but if you are bowling in Texas, Houston is the only city a Big 10 fan is guaranteed to be.
Alamo Bowl, although a great venue, city and I had an awesome time there....is not in the bowl lineup.
I think it is either #1 or #2 MAC team. IRC, Miami won the MAC last year but played in the GMAC Bowl. Maybe we'd see an OSU/Toledo rematch?ts1227;921392 wrote:Pizza Bowl in Detroit matches Big Ten #8 against MAC #1 (at least usually #1), you never know...

As do I.Manhattan Buckeye;921362 wrote:I see OSU at 7-5.
I'm holding out hope they can win Indiana, Purdue, Penn State and Michigan.Writerbuckeye;921818 wrote:I don't see OSU qualifying for a bowl game.
Perhaps two more wins, maybe even three. No way they make it to six.

How can anyone after watching this inept offense, and equally inept coaching, say OSU "definitely" beats anyone in the Big Ten?Tobias Fünke;921912 wrote:They will definitely beat Indiana and Purdue.
I am not a believer in Illinois.
It might be a 3-0 game against Penn State.
I pray to God that they beat Michigan.
Do you remember the 99 Buckeyes? The first year of Steve Bellisari/Austin Mockerman (sp). They were terrible too.Writerbuckeye;922197 wrote:How can anyone after watching this inept offense, and equally inept coaching, say OSU "definitely" beats anyone in the Big Ten?
This is as bad an OSU offense as I've seen in 40 years of watching OSU football. Easily the worst. And easily the worst coaching of the offense I've ever seen.
karen lotz;921832 wrote:Aren't they 3-2?
Agreed. I think Toledo beats Indiana and/or Purdue by more than two TDs this year. North Texas beat IU by 16. PSU is not good either (just beat IU 16-10). As someone else noted, the OSU/PSU game could be 3-0, 6-3 or something really ugly.Terry_Tate;922242 wrote:If Ohio State can beat Toledo and Colorado they will beat Indiana and Purdue. They may not be 35-7 wins but they should be wins regardless. Penn State is not impressive at all, so I think OSU can get to 6 wins, but I think that's where it ends. The defense isn't a typical OSU defense but they've not been as bad as people think.
I remember that team well. But it was not as inept as this offense.FatHobbit;922368 wrote:Do you remember the 99 Buckeyes? The first year of Steve Bellisari/Austin Mockerman (sp). They were terrible too.
Nope SEC vs. B1GIliketurtles;922603 wrote:Florida State- Really hoping Clemson will slip up and we can make it to the Orangle Bowl. If that doesn't happen then the Gator Bowl(If the ACC still has that bowl game).
