1. Learning to Fly
2. Wish You Were Here
3. Shine On You Crazy Diamond
4. Have a Cigar
5. What Do You Want from Me

I've been listening to Pink Floyd for 38 years and they never get old. At least it outclasses any of the CRAP being shoved through the music labels these days....by a long shot.

There is just something incredibly soothing about their slower songs. I'd love to have experienced some of their stuff (if I grew up in the 60's/70's) while drugged up.

I don't do drugs. I'm just saying, in the 70's, where EVERYONE was doing it... Not to mention, I bet the stuff was better back then. Just would have been sweet.Brah.

I really don't care for them personally. Comfortably Numb or Wish You Were if I was going to pick though. I have said this before but some of the fans of bands like this kind of go overboard. I have been told by numerous people that you have to be high to really appreciate Floyd.

Yeah, I didn't mean that every fan was continually high while listening to them but it's just funny that there are people who would say you have to be high to appreciate a band. I like the bands I like whether I am high or drunk.

Mine is Wish You Were Here, followed by Comfortably Numb and Shine on You Crazy Diamond.

Another Brick in the Wall Pt 2 is awesome too.

This is one of my favorite covers ever. Being Dream Theater, the instrumentals are obviously awesome. The singing is ok, but John Petrucci's awesome guitar playing makes up for it.

So hard to say " My Favorite PF song is..." because as far as I am concerned, they are all great...yes, some of their real early stuf (ummagumma) was a little weird, but overall, their songs transend time. I have been to Floyd concerts so many times I forget the count...but my best experience was their final tour..saw them in the Silverdome and they played Dark Side live for the 1st time in ages because of the lawsuit between the members. When they started the song Dark Side that night in Pontiac, the place went nuts.......oh the memories....side note: about 10 yrs ago, my wife bought me the complete set of Pink Floyd Cd's...every song they ever performed....Sweet............................

So you would do drugs if EVERYONE was doing them?

No, I'm just saying I would have liked to experience it in the 1970's culture.
