I heard him apologize for something he said earlier about a catch and he apologized about it and hoped that no one was offended by what he said.

That was exactly my reaction. I heard it and then like 2 seconds later I said .. "wait, did he just say what I thought he said?"

This leads to an idea........

...maybe they should do an internet broadcast of games with alternate audio on it using the language that many fans would use. I know on Any Given Sunday when we watch games it is easily the worst language I and we all use. that could be a bit interesting.

I said this exact same thing last night after I heard Jaws say shit. Gus Johnson's calls are already classic, imagine if he was unedited. Or any of them really, it would be so great.

Some of my buddies and myself thought about doing this a couple years ago. The plan was to divide into broadcast teams, get a little tanked, and stream on the internet. I have a feeling the sports leagues would have a little something to say about that though.
