Ive heard the cyclical word for many years from cbf, and things havent changed. If anything the B1G has gotten worse instead of better. I can care less about A&M joining. The SEC didnt need them and are plenty good without them. I dont cheer for the conference except bowl season. I can care less about the other teams, but I like watching SEC teams over any others when LSU isnt playing. I was actually cheering for PSU against Bama this past w/e. College football is cyclical my friend, enjoy the conference success (cheering for the conference is a whole different issue that I won't bring up) now, because A&M to the conference only assures the SEC will have its down period sooner than later.
The SEC has been dominant for the past 6 or so years...it's not like this is their 20th straight year of being the dominant conference in America. Cyclical means every decade or so there's a new power conference.
