It's a big performance update, no doubt.. But it's kind of similar to what they did with the iPhone 3G and 3GS...

Voice recognition looks pretty sweet.

Ok, so to recap so far, iPhone 4S is the iPhone 4 w/ a dual core, a better camera, and voice recognition. VR does look good although I question how well it will work in the real world.

Are you disappointed because it didn't get a redesign? Because the insides are completely overhauled, and in my opinion, that's a bigger factor than the way it looks, especially when the phone already looks good.

But even they said that unless you use your phone for nothing else but huge games, most of the stuff on the inside is meaningless

I could care less how it looks. All I wanted was 4G. i want it to be fast. I want it to be THE fastest phone. I want it to download a webpage nearly instantaneously. I don't want to have to wait seconds for a webpage to load.

The jump from 3GS to 4 wasn't even that big of a jump. What exactly did you expect to be updated that you didn't get?
