No it was not! You can not tackle someone from behind.

Which block are you talking about? The PR was clean.... And you can tackle someone from behind, you can't block someone from behind.

obviously he means the block was less of a block and more of a tackle in the back lol

dont think anyone is stupid enough to think that you cant tackle someone from behind on defense

I think the momentum shift will carry OSU through the second half. Toledo is killing themselves with penalties. Literally cost them the lead.

#2 for tOSU takes number #35 for Toledo down from the back. He may have engaged the tackle from the side, but he hopped on his back and began to rape him.

Toledo can't win this game with these refs. Bogus facemask penalty on what would have resulted in 4th and 25 as well as a few other questionable calls on that same drive. I will say that they did miss a sure interception that went in Toledo's favor for some reason and didn't go to review.

10/19 for 98 yards, 1 for 7 on third downs, and 14 offensive points against Toledo. Forget the 2 QB system. You obviously you gotta stick with that guy as long as you can, right?

My random halftime thoughts:
- Right side of the O-Line has been pretty pathetic. The Left side has actually looked good at times.
- Bauserman is not a Big 10 caliber QB. After last week, I thought he could have a Krenzel type of year, after watching this half, there's no chance of that, he's way too slow of a decision maker, and doesn't have much pass accuracy either. Two plays on the same drive he sat in the pocket forever, just waiting until a Toledo defender to break through- those plays are on him, not the line....
- Outside of his TD run, Hyde has been very unimpressive. Looks slow hitting what holes are there. They need to stop with the swing passes to him, that play should be reserved for Berry who has more quickness to make something happen.
- Ohrian Johnson is an ubelievably weak tackler
- Tyler Moeller used to be a huge factor on defense. So far this year he doesn't belong on the field, at this point I'd like to see Christian Bryant out there.
- The OSU CB's have been very impressive for how little experience they have.
- Hankins will be an All American before he's done at OSU
- Other than overrunning plays and missing tackles, catching that pass was the only thing I've seen Storm Klein do so far this season.
- I would have never guessed Chris Fields would be one to come up with a huge play, just hadn't ever heard much talk at all about him.
- At most a WR sweep should be run once a game, not three times in a half...
- Drew Basil Sucks.

You know, I didn't even see the big block on Toledo's #29 because I was watching the penalty.

Fair enough, I didn't see any penalty because of that huge block.

Maybe if we talk about this potential "penalty", the NCAA will read this thread and overturn that TD.

Oh wait, no they won't. Shut the fuck up. The play is over.

The hit was clean. The one before it maybe was a block in the back but fields was already 7 yards past him
