Rationalize and make jokes all you want boys, the fact is, this awesome Ursuline team we've all been hearing about is 0-2 to start the year. OUCH.

Again, 5-5 will be enough to make the playoffs with that schedule.

I don't know why you think I care about that. The only school I care about is 2-0.

I think that's part of your problem skank. Quit complaining and worrying about everyone else. Just worry about your team, and how they are doing. I promise you things will be better for you.

5-5 could be tough to get to with that schedule.

A) It's called team pride.

B) Most of the people talking up 'Ursulin' are those arguing in favor of separate playoffs when talking about how much of a "monster team" they are year in and year out.

Wrong, most of the people talking up Ursuline are are those AGAINST seperate playoffs as to not lose their "edge".

All we have here boys is a classic story book ending, good prevails over the evil empire. (despite the fact that it took "good" almost 900 more boys to get the job done.)

I'd say 4-6 at the absolute worst for the Irish. But I think the only game that is an absolute lock to be a loss is the game against St. Ed. Other than that, I think the Irish are find to make the playoffs this year and make a deep run.

...This is a very good Ursuline team that obviously misses AkiseTeague this season, and what team wouldn't miss Ohio's Mr. Football. The Irish will find a way to win & make it to the post season for sure.

Mooney has surprised me thus far, but they've had their issues in both of their wins. I would still categorize that as a toss-up. I like Ursuline over Akron SVSM. The Youngstown Irish have taken it to the Akron Irish in the past 4-5 years. East Tech is of course a win.

Huge game this week up in Mentor. I expect Coach Kempe to make some defensive changes like he did 2 years ago when Ursuline started 1-2. The Irish are loaded at LB and at CB/S, but they are weak on the DL. Two years ago Kempe moved some of his skilled LB/CB/S to play on the DL. I expect the same this year so the Irish get more pressure on the QB.
