A smart accountant would turn those fines in as charitable donations, so that Chad could get that money back in taxes.Al Capone wrote: Why am I a tool? He obviously has family members that cant make their car payments, but he is willing to blow 30k just to get his face on tv. DICKHEAD!
And why should he be responsible for paying all his families bills?

His face is already on tv. He is having fun with the game he loves. Obviously it's not about the money. And I wouldn't pay for my families things either. That's their problem. He tried to help by being a cosigner.Al Capone wrote: Why am I a tool? He obviously has family members that cant make their car payments, but he is willing to blow 30k just to get his face on tv. You're right, Chad does his celebrations to get on TV. Yep, being on TV, something he is constantly on...

Well if NFL fines go to charity, maybe Chad is doing wacky stuff that gets him fined to combine donating to said charities with his love of getting attention. Obviously, getting fined repeatedly isn't a detriment to him from doing things that get him fined, so he's cool with these "donations". Maybe some of the whiny bitches who cry "NO FUN LEAGUE" every time he gets fined should take a lesson from him. He obviously doesn't care, the money apparently is going to good causes and he gets to have fun and entertain his fans in the process. I'd be guessing that for him, a $30K fine is the equal of you putting ONE penny into a "give/take a penny" container at your local gas station. Nothing more than a drop in the bucket.
If he was getting fined $100K+ or getting suspended for what he does, I'd understand people getting upset, but crying about this is stupid. Does he cry about it? I haven't heard it. He does what he does, has fun doing what he's doing and deals with some of his salary getting "donated" to charity....while getting additional publicity for doing so, which likely helps him with endorsements (considering these acts aren't malicious or detrimental), which brings more money into his wallet, so he can afford more fines. Smart business strategy if you ask me.

As a Browns fan, I'd love to have Ochocinco.

OchoCinco does a great job of explaining my thoughts in the second half of this video:

Yeah can't believe he got fined. Apparently the NFL was stalking him on twitter and said that his pregame comments show that his celebration was pre-meditated.
