I don't know, but a long time ago. I got it at a store at the Farmer's Market next to The Grove in Los Angeles (although that may actually be Culver City). It's a place that sells all sorts of never sold antique toys and sports memorabilia, and they had a ton of old Rose Bowl stuff. Everything at pretty cheap prices to.
