Sidous/Palpatine is probably one of the best evil masterminds in fictional history. The way he turned nations against each other, started wars, political conflicts, and preyed upon the feelings of people to manipulate them into falling into his plan worked flawlessly. He has to be one of the top villains.

Have you ever seen "Shootfighter, Fight to the Death"? Bolo actually played a good guy. It also has Martin Kove and William Zabka. It is an obvious Bloodsport knockoff, but it is super violent. I'm talking about throats cut, hearts ripped out, etc.
