The Arts..

The wife and I do enjoy the Arts and we support many of the events pertaining to the Arts.
Tonight we will be going to a local dinner theater performance. Sometimes good and sometimes worthless but we go to support our thespian / musical friends. We have enjoyed many Broadway plays, years of my three daughter’s high school performances, museum, and purchases of art work, local artist shops visits and the Ann Arbor Art Fest.

Knowing that some of the OC participants have Philistines tendencies the word Art will be related to a box of crayons or porn….

Do you support the Arts?

Maybe when we are older and the kids are raised. We literally don't have time for anything else right now.

I love theater. I wish I could go more often. Thankfully OSU forced me to take theater 100 or I would never have realized this.

I totally support the Arts here in central Ohio. You should check out SNAP! Performance Productions (Google it for their website). They are an all volunteer cast that puts on an original show every spring that is conceived by the group. The story is propelled by various songs from rock to pop to broadway to rap. They don't use any dialogue during the show but they act on stage and they have some absolutely incredible singers and dancers. And they donate parts of their ticket sales to local charities. We went to their show in May at the Lincoln Theater and were absolutely blown away by the talent and the quality of the show. Definitely worth checking out!
