The play to end the game last night was not close with a good angle....today with bases juiced the same bleeping ump called Frazier out at 2nd and it didn't even come close to passing the eye test....I saw that play full speed and came completely out of the recliner...saying...no way...no way....then replay it and it's unbelievable.....where the hell was Dusty? My daughter asked me if it was the same guy at 3rd last night and after answering yes...and then she said makeup call.....maybe...but again it was an awful call....how does he not get reprimanded? Then the homeplate ump rung up a Rockies player on a 3-2 pitch that missed the zone laughably low and inside....strike 3....new inning.
If they suck that bad unintentionally....get rid of them...if they are trying to speed up things for their own benefit....get em outta here! I wanna watch a baseball game that ends on an actualy out and I want to watch the game take it's own pace and see how things work out.....I don't give a **** about their plans.
Umps like to have a few drinks after ballgames. The home plate ump typically refrains the night before he has the plate but the rest dont mind indulging a bit, so tis possible that on day games they are a little sluggish.
