Willie Shields, Troy Vincent, Bill Parcells and Bill Cowher are eligible for the first time next year. Guys like Bettis, Martin, Carter and them have been eligible for 1 or more years. I'ts been harder then expected for these receivers to get inducted and until one of them breaks through (most likely Carter) then the rest will just have to wait.
