What is wrong with Votto's wheels? The throw was cutoff by the cutoff deep into the IF....and the cutoff had time to turn and throw him out...but did not.

Phillips didn't stretch towards ball much at all...but Votto has to stop that shit! Clueless timing...it's worked once but killed them 3 times...and wrong foot throw is awesome...Phillips stretched with wrong foot. Great baseball fundamentals!
