well so much for Pastranathon. He wrecked in moto x best trick and is being rolled away on a stretcher. Looks like his right knee is finished.

edit: TP told Erin Bates he broke his tibia and fibula. On his way to Xray games now

Fiolek, who leads Patterson in the AMA MX standings by eight points, is thankful for the rivalry. "It's boring for any sport if someone is running off and winning everything," she said. "Right now we're pushing each other and we're having some great races. I think the people are starting to enjoy women's motocross more."

I enjoy the X Games. Those people are ridiculous with what they do.

I cannot believe all the backflips and frontflips they do on bikes, boards, skates, etc.

This just proves that stoners can accomplish something if they try really hard.

Pastrana has hand controls and practiced this morning for RallyX tomorrow. He could race. Crazy mf'r. He'll have surgery this week for pins, rods, plates in his leg, ankle, foot, and hand that was already scheduled. He said if he does any more damage he'll just add it to the list for surgery.

My brother and I were talking about the x games the other night. It was a bit different back when it started. Wakeboarding, bungee jumping, and street luge among other things. There was also an ecco-challenge competition. Teams of 4 or 5 people that hiked across the desert for days. Does anyone besides me remember that?

As far as the current stuff, I watch some of it. I like the rally car racing.

Not worth my time, I rather watch paint dry, or eat nails. As far as I am concerned the Summer X games are not considered a sport in my house.

I like it because I used to skateboard. There used to be a skatepark on 33 in Lancaster/Carroll. Also an indoor one on Sinclair Rd. called Apple. One night I was there and Steve Olsen was too. He was a top pro from Calif. and shredded the 3/4 pipe.
I remember the street luge and wakeboards, most of the top wake riders were from the Orlando area.
