LOVE cheese. It is honestly one of my favorite foods.

Colby, colby jack, sharp cheddar and mozzarella are probably my favorites.

Favorite kind is muenster, and I put cheddar on apple pie.

Fresh sheep's milk or goat lately (just had a smoky goat that had been wrapped in bourbon soaked and smoked maple leaves, it was amazing). Cave aged cheddars are also a favorite.

Depends, enjoy a sharp cheddar for snacking. I like bleu cheese crumbles on a salad, and I like parmagian scraped from the wheel when drinking some cold adult beverages!

I love Feta in pizza and salad. Blue on a steak. Colby straight up. Muenster and American on a grilled cheese. Baby Swiss makes a killer ham, roast beef, pastrami, corned beef sandwich. And yes the baby at Guggisberg is amazing. I had goat cheese in a sausage dish at Biaggi's in Perrysburg...outstanding. I just love all things CHEESE.

Fontinella Cheese... Chop up a clove of garlic with a slice of fontinella and enjoy... One of my favorite snacks.
