Just got done eating a delicious granny smith apple and am now on a gala, my daughter's favorite. Apples are always good in the summer, and even throughout the year. I'm trying to eat more fruits and veggies, so I may go pick some different kinds up. What are your favorite kind(s) of apple?

Granny Smith or Gala.
When I'm cooking a big old ham steak I'll cut up a Gala, toss it in the pan with some Irish Butter, sprinkle with cinnamon & eat with the ham. Good stuff !
