I have a thing for girls with short hair. To me, it does the opposite, it highlights the face, neck, shoulders, etc more. Long hair framing the face, etc, is just an attempt to cover up

I prefer short hair. The Wife's hair is spiked. She just doesn't look good with long hair and can pull off the short hair. (IMO)
