Haha, I was thinking the same.

I was about to rag on Ribery's lady, until I realized that she was with Ribery. I know it's not his fault, but he's hideous.

I was thinking the same thing. They are the true "losers" in this.

Also loved that Balotelli has gone from 2 pornstars to a supermodel and has had to "move on" because he keeps messing around with others lol. I wouldnt expect anything less from him.

Balotelli is the one player in all of sports who will never shock me by what he does or says. He's on vintage Ron Artest's level....a complete wacko.

Major news from the MLS and USLPro...
the United Soccer Leagues informed its member clubs of a proposed agreement with Major League Soccer that would provide for an integrated third division/MLS reserve league. Some interplay is expected to begin in 2013, with full integration of the plan coming in 2014.
The details as understood are:
1. If an MLS city has a USLPRO team nearby, MLS will provide 5 players and pay their salary.
2. If there’s no USLPRO team, the MLS reserve side will become a new, permanent team in USLPRO.
3. All USLPRO teams will have an MLS affiliate.

This Benitez dude might be on to something.
Chelsea has outscored opponents 25-5 the past 6 matches.
8 goals by 7 different players today. Absolutely LOVE what he is doing playing Luiz in the midfield.

Anyone tune in to the Arsenal/Newcastle game? Highly entertaining match, back and forth. Arsenal just sealed it going up 5-3. Sagna cross to Giroud, diving header, f'n beautiful.

RvP with the equaliser to keep Manchester United in the FA Cup. United is killing me this season with these games they should easily win but go down and have to make a comeback.

Incredible how many players they have on their squad that they simply promoted or brought back "home"

Lionel Messi wins his 4th straight Fifa POY award. Most of all time, and he is only 25.
Abby Wambach wins Fifa Womens POY

Most amazing, imo, is that the FifPro World XI was made up of 3 teams, 2 cities and 1 league. Amazing, really. Barcelona 5 (Xavi, Pique, Alves, Iniesta, Messi), Real 5 (Casillas, Alonso, Ramos, Marcello, Ronaldo) and Atletico 1 (Falcao)

Apparently you have to play in Spain to be considered for these awards ;)
